Polished granite worktop and stainless steel drain board with bowl. Glazed tile dadoing 40 cms height of the worktop. Provision for water filter and washing machine.

Coloured matching fixtures having EWC and wash basins, mixer unit for shower and provision for geyer. Glazed tile walls upto door height

3 phase concealed wiring with ISI approved cables. Crabtree or equivalent switch points. 1 Independent KSEB meters with ELCB and MCBS

PAINTING

Internal walls putty finished with plastic emulsion paint and external walls with weather proof coat.

KWA and borewell connection with separate overhead and sump tanks.

Balusters with MS rectangle tube section with first class country wood top rail
